The cost and all conditions of financial services (including interest rates, insurance payments, commissions, etc.) are transparent, and information about them is provided to clients in a way that is understandable to them.

3. Adequacy of debt collection methods

Debt collection activities are carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. The methods of debt collection used by the company do not involve offensive or coercive measures to recover debts.

4. Adherence to business ethics

In working with clients, the company's employees adhere to high standards of business ethics. The company has the necessary protective mechanisms in place to detect and eliminate cases of corruption or inappropriate treatment of clients.

5. Procedures for handling and addressing customer complaints

The company has a system for promptly addressing customer complaints and suggestions, within which clients can express their opinions about the company's performance, service quality, and provided services, as well as make suggestions for improvement. The company, in turn, responds to this information promptly and takes the necessary measures to resolve the issue.

6. Confidentiality of client information

All relationships between the company and the client are strictly confidential. The company is committed to not disclosing or transferring information regarding concluded credit agreements to third parties, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and the credit agreements.

7. Compliance of products and sales channels

The products and services provided to clients by the company, as well as the sales channels, are developed with consideration of the needs and preferences of the clients. Products and sales channels, according to the company's policies and procedures, do not harm the clients.
