LLC "Microcredit Company "BNK Finance" (hereinafter referred to as the Company) informs you that the following procedure is in place for addressing consumer credit inquiries (borrowers, guarantors, pledgers, and any interested parties):
- Complaint and Suggestion Book – You have the right to leave a record of your suggestions, complaints, and your opinion about the quality of service provided by the Company's employees in the Complaint and Suggestion Book.
- Official Written Appeal – You have the right to send your suggestions, complaints, or opinions about the quality of service by the Company's employees to the following address: Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek, Shopokova Street 145, or by sending an electronic message to the corporate email office@bnkfinance.kg.
- Hotline - For your suggestions, complaints, and opinions about the quality of service by the Company's employees, you can contact the hotline during business hours from 09:00 to 18:00 at the mobile number 0 500678 678.
- The Director’s reception is available on Wednesdays during business hours from 09:00 to 17:00.
The Company accepts inquiries in oral, written, and electronic forms, in the state and official languages.
All consumer inquiries must include the consumer’s full name, address, contact details, and a description of the issue. A written consumer inquiry that does not include personal and contact details, as well as a postal address to which the response should be sent, is considered anonymous and will also be reviewed.
All received suggestions and complaints will be studied and investigated (if necessary), and responses to complaints and suggestions will be provided promptly in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
